| विश्वकर्मा समुदाय से संबंध रखने वाले लोगों का हुनर निखारने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के द्वारा 17 सितंबर 2023 को विश्वकर्मा जयंती के अवसर पर पीएम विश्वकर्मा योजना को शुरू किया गया है। जिसे लेकर केंद्रीय बजट में भी घोषणा की गई थी। पीएम विश्वकर्मा योजना का पूरा नाम पीएम विश्वकर्मा कौशल सम्मान योजना है, इस योजना के माध्यम से 18 पारंपरिक व्यवसाय से जुड़े लोगों को फायदा होगा। इस योजना में 15 दिनों की प्रशिक्षण दी जाएगी। प्रशिक्षण के दौरान, व्यक्ति को दिन में ₹500 के हिसाब से ₹7500 मिलेंगे, फिर प्रशिक्षण के बाद ₹15000 और एक टूल मिलेगा।पीएम विश्वकर्म योजना के अंतर्गत कारीगरों और शिल्पकारों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए सरकार द्वारा 3 लाख रुपए तक का लोन दिया जाएगा। यह लोन लाभार्थी को दो किस्तों में दिया जाएगा। योजना के पहले चरण में कामगारों को 5% ब्याज दर से 1 लाख रुपए का लोन मिलेगा वहीं दूसरे चरण में 2 लाख रुपए का लोन कोलेटरल फ्री क्रेडिट सपोर्ट, डिजिटल ट्रांजेक्शन के लिए इंसेंटिव और मार्केटिंग सपोर्ट के माध्यम से मान्यता दी जाएगी। वित्त वर्ष 2023-24 से 2027-28 तक प्रधानमंत्री विश्वकर्मा कौशल सम्मान योजना पर 13,000 करोड़ रुपए खर्च किए जाएंगे। जिससे देश भर में लगभग 30 लाख पारंपरिक कारीगरों को लाभ मिलेगा। |
